I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Anne Dunigan and I am the Community Relations Manager with Barnes & Noble #2207 on Hulen in Fort Worth, Texas. I have been working with Amanda Thrasher on getting her book promoted in the Fort Worth area. The reason I am contacting you is that Amanda has partnered with the YMCA chapter in Fort Worth regarding their annual literacy scholarship program and they have expressed a great interest in purchasing her book as part of this program. When we discussed this with the YMCA, they were more interested in getting her book in the trade paperback binding if possible and I didn't have a release date for it in my system. Is there a new pub date for her title? If so, would it be possible to get multiple copies of it sent to the store as soon as possible? This event is scheduled for February 5, 2010, which unfortunately doesn't leave much time.
